program for the juniors. 

It’s a perfect blend of Parkour, Gymnastics, Animal Movements, Fitness exercises and Spatial Awareness aspects

This program helps overall physical and mental development of the juniors helping them improve their strength and confidence.

Our training area allows them to play and have fun under guidance and safety and at the same time learn the importance of fitness and health at a very young age which most of us did not have the opportunity of experiencing during our childhood.
