The Ninja Movement Training (NMT) program developed by Chaos Faktory™️ is a fully bodyweight based signature skill training program.

Parkour Freerunning is a specialization program under NMT. 

Parkour Freerunning program incorporates intermediate to advanced level elements from Parkour, Freerunning (elements from Gymnastics) & Obstacle Course/Ninja Training.

Program teaches intermediate to advanced level movements ranging from jumps, bar swings, all kind of Parkour vaults to variety of flips.

Our training area is divided into different zones that help you work on different aspects of the training. Every movement is worked through progressions which involve lots of observation, analysis, repetition and improvisation.

Students for this training are selected only after gauging their fitness level during the trial session.

Eligibility for the program:

• You have already been practicing the art
   OR
• Men: You can do min. 25 full body push-ups and min. 5 pull-ups
  Women: You can do min. 15 full body push-ups
  OR
• You have movement background and aware of few basics
