The Ninja Movement Training program developed by Chaos Faktory™️ is a fully bodyweight based signature skill training program. Stealth methods and swift movements are the specialties of a Ninja. Ever thought you could feel like a Ninja? We are going to provide you the perfect blend of Intermediate to advanced level Parkour, Freerunning, Calisthenics, Gymnastics & Obstacle Course/Ninja Training. 

Our training area is divided into different zones that help you work on different aspects of Ninja Movement Training. Every movement is worked through progressions which involves lots of observation, analysis, repetition and improvisation. Intermediate to advanced level movements ranging from jumps, vaults, levers to variety of flips are worked under this training. 

This program is designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels and they are expected to be relatively fit in terms of Strength. 

Students for this training are selected only after gauging their fitness level during the trial session.

All our Ninja Movement Training members can enjoy unlimited free access during mentioned FOS hours.
